Do you sell washing detergents?Yes, we sell biodegradable soap with fabric softener sachets $1 per sachet in the soap dispenser located near the folding table.

Am I allowed to bring my own washing detergents?Certainly! Just put it into the washing machine along with your laundry.

Can I use washing pods?Certainly! Just put it into the washing machine along with your laundry.

How long does it take to wash and dry?Small washing machines (8.5KG) up to 27-39min, large machines (14KG /20KG) up to 48-60min. Dryers are operated from a minimum of 6 min.

The machine is unbalanced. What should I do?The LCD display will show "6 minutes". If the spin is fast, the machine often automatically resolves the issue. If the spin is slow, the laundry may not be adequately dehydrated. Both scenarios will eventually stop the spin and unlock the door. Do not force open the door. If the laundry is too wet, contact the phone number on the machine. When laundry becomes heavy with water(too much stuff in the machine) or when too much detergent is used, it can cause excessive foaming.
